Last week we celebrated our love of Numeracy and all things sweet during Maths Week. Every class completed an investigation using sweets and chocolates to count, sort, measure, estimate and calculate; and then they showed it to us all during Achievement Assembly. The children had lots of fun seeing how much Maths they could get out of a box of Smarties for their homework and well done to Mathew who got guessed the weight of Mrs Harper’s tub of sweets.
Well done children, parents and teachers - and don’t forget…….. Maths is Sweet!
